Abby is the owner and founder of Silver Age referrals and works as a senior housing specialist covering East King County. As someone who has taken care of a close elderly family member, she approaches the process of finding care with compassion. Her work as a NAC, care coordinator and marketing director at an assisted living community contributes to her ability to evaluate the care delivered by providers. Silver Age opened in 2008 and since then the team has helped more than 150 families find safe, quality care.
Age should not be measured by numbers.
Staci is a Senior Housing Specialist with Silver Age referrals and she covers north King County. Staci has a background in Independent/Assisted Living and Alzheimer's/Dementia care. Staci’s grandparents helped raise her and she was very close to them. One of the most profound things she learned from them is that seniors often feel more vibrant inside than their exteriors reflect. Staci walks lovingly beside each family she serves and advocates for them as they make one of life’s most difficult decisions.
I love seeing that moment of relief on a family member's face when they realize that everything is going to be ok, there is a solution, and they are not alone.
Tina is a Senior Housing Specialist with Silver Age referrals and covers West and South King County.
She has been fine tuning her work with seniors for the past 5 years.
Tina’s father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's at 62 and she saw up close all that the disease did to her family and took from her father as it progressed, including his life at 67 years old.
Having been though some of her own major health issues as well Tina has a profound level of empathy for individuals who lose the ability to perform basic tasks.
Tina works diligently to protect people's dignity as much as their physical safety when finding, trusted places for them to live.
I love being able to give back to a generation that has done so much for others.
