There are many factors to consider when choosing a senior living community. After you have toured, we will help you think through the tradeoffs of each location. When a decision is close we can review the rental agreement with you and make sure all of the important details are put in writing.
A move to a retirement community or adult family home can be emotional and involves paperwork, planning, and coordination. In most cases, families enlist our help at no direct cost. We have signed partnerships with over 900 local care providers in the Greater Seattle area who consider us a marketing partner. When you move in we are compensated the equivalent of one month’s rent. Alternatively, we can be hired directly.
